If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bamboo Pharmacy’s Website, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price or for a replacement of the same product.
The item must be returned by the original purchaser no later than 60 days from the date Bamboo Pharmacy shipped the product to you. Please include your unused product and the original container it came in. Attach a brief message describing the reason for your return and, if have it, the original packing slip that was included with your order. If you do not have your packing slip, include a piece of paper with your name, the order’s shipping address, your phone number, and the email address associated with the order. You can then ship your return to the address listed below. Please ship your package with a tracking number as we will only be responsible for a refund/replacement once we receive your return. We do not refund your original shipping cost or your cost for returning the item.
If the product shipped to you is found to be defective or you received a different product than was ordered, please contact our customer service department using our Contact Us form (link to form). Incorrect shipments or defective items must be returned unopened and unused to receive shipping refunds. In the comments area, include the email address associated with the order and the reason for your return. For these circumstances only, we will either refund you for the items returned plus your original shipping costs (if any) or we will ship a replacement order to you. Once your information is received, one of our sales staff will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
